Non-emergency transportation services
transportation services to take clients to medical appointments and run regular errands around the community.
As a home health agency, we offer:Personal Assistance Services including: Assistance with Bathing, dressing, exercise, feeding, eating, shaving, oral care, routine hair care, toileting, transfer, walking, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, escorting, shopping and assistance with medications; Our caregivers are experienced, patient and compassionate and provider the best care like they are taking care of their own family member; We help individuals maintain their safety, independence and dignity in an environment of mutual respect and compassion.
Our direct care staff include Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home health aides (HHAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs).
We provide skilled nursing services including: Assistance with ambulation, transfer, positioning, observations and assessments, wound care, catheter care, ventilator care, IV therapy, diabetic care and teaching, blood draws, injections, colostomy care and teahcing, tracheostomy care, enteral and parental feedings, post-op recovery care, medication adminitration teaching and medication monitoring amongst other tasks.
